Chain-of-Thought Prompting is a prompting technique where the model generates a logical series of intermediate reasoning steps to reach a solution for complex tasks.

Example (Math Problem):

Problem: If an apple costs $2, how much does a basket of 5 apples cost?

Solution:

  1. Each apple costs $2.
  2. The total cost for 5 apples is 5 * 2 = $10.

Example (Logical Reasoning):

Problem: Ann is older than Ben, and Charlie is younger than Ben. Who is the oldest?

Solution:

  1. Ann is older than Ben.
  2. Charlie is younger than Ben.
  3. Therefore, Ann is the oldest.
