This article, from a personal friend, calls for a strong ethical AI framework. I do strongly endorse the statement.In short, Dorien states: “AI can enhance human potential, but people should remain central and their rights should be respected. Therefore organizations need to develop a strong ethical framework. To further increase trust in AI technology, that framework needs to be responsible and transparent, with high focus on data privacy and protection.”
Note that there was already an attempt for creating such an ethical framework on European level, but it defintely needs an update (2020).
